How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Approximately 2 - 7 days from dispatch!
All orders are sent via Royal Mail; these times are estimates, and may vary. Due to COVID-19, please keep in mind that processing and dispatching orders may take longer than expected.
How long does it take to process orders?
As I am a small business and in a full-time job, it may take up to 2 - 7 days to process orders. However, I do aim to process them as soon as I can.
Do you do tracked shipping?
Yes, I do! If you have any concerns about your order arriving safely and discreetly to you, I encourage you to use the tracked option; this should also allow you to rearrange the delivery date online, as well as nominate a Safe Place/Neighbour for your parcel to be delivered to if you aren't in.
Do you have a discount codes I can use for your shop?

When will I get the tracking number for my order?
As soon as I've paid for postage for your order, I will send you the tracking number via email.Are your items packed with eco-friendly materials?
Yes, all my items are packed in either recyclable, recycled, or bio-degradable (compostable) materials. As much of my packaging as possible is also made of recycled materials.I package my books and larger art prints in bio-based clear cello bags. These have a lower carbon footprint than oil-based plastics, and are certified to disintegrate in six months if industrially composted (they can also be home-composted, but will take much longer to biodegrade). They can also be recycled. If you no longer need them to store your artwork, please recycle or compost them where possible!
What are your Returns & Exchanges policies?
I don't accept returns or exchanges. I also cannot accept cancellations after your order has been shipped. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve them.
Please note: Athrú is not responsible if your package ends up missing/damaged during transit. Once a package is with Royal Mail, its destiny is out of my hands!
I’ve given the wrong address/want to change the name, how can I change this?
If you need to change your delivery details, please message me on the ‘Contact’ page within 24 hours of placing your order, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
